Localisation pas loin de la gare et dans un quartier pas trop touristique avec accès au marché, à des bars/restos très sympa
Ça reste cher quand même, mais comme tout Barcelone

The location of this apartment is excellent—extremely close to the metro and with two grocery stores just a block away. The bathroom is spacious and the kitchen was well equipped.
From the start, the communication felt overly focused on collecting fees. I was reminded multiple times about the cash tourist tax and the late check-in fee, yet the co-host didn’t even know the exact tax amount and didn't have change when I paid. It felt very unprofessional compared to a hotel experience. To make matters worse, we were told upon arrival that the apartment gets 'very, very cold' in the mornings, which is not what you want to hear in December.
