L'apartament és molt maco, pot ser un poc més menut del que sembla a les fotos però és tal qual es presenta a les imatges. està prou ben situat i va ser molt fàcil recollir i tornar les claus.
És un tercer sense ascensor i les escales molt estretes. Haver de pujar-los amb un carret de bebé va ser molt pesat. L'aigua tampoc sortia molt calenta, les eines de neteja estaven trencades.
