Si, acogedor, práctico y cómodo. Y el chico que nos atendió súper majo. Nos dio indicaciones y nos ayudó con el transporte público.

Tuvimos una experiencia maravillosa y contaba con todo lo necesario para una estancia perfecta. Está ubicado en una zona tranquila y segura, cerca de la estación del metro, de supermercados, restaurantes y parques. Todo estaba muy organizado y Oscar nos dio una bienvenida increíble, explicándonos cómo funcionaba cada cosa y dándonos todas las recomendaciones que necesitábamos! Sin duda lo recomendaría a cualquier persona que vaya a Madrid.
Plus: no está en todo el centro de la ciudad, así que el impuesto turístico resulta mucho más económico aquí y esto fue una grata sorpresa para nosotros🥰
Tal vez que son más escaleras de las que pensaba y teníamos muchísimo equipaje, pero si vas ligero de equipaje esto no es un problema en absoluto.

It was set up perfectly. It had everything we needed. Loved that there was a little coffee till we went shopping. Close to metro.
The stairs coming up. We had heavy bags. The double bed was very uncomfortable. I moved to the single and it was much better. No window with a view. Felt closed in.

The location was near the metro station L5. It was quiet, without any noise or unpleasant smell from the street inside the flat. Both the internet and air conditioning worked very well. The contact with Lou and Oscar was great. We left a small electronic device in the flat, but the owner was very helpful and sent it to us by post. Once again, thank you, Lou!
We had some difficulty setting the water temperature in the shower (it was changing itself between cold and hot), which was related to the water heating system. In this case, it helped to increase the overall flow of hot water.
