The staff was exceptionally good. Very helpful . Sharkene at the front desk was very caring and made sure that everything was alright. The room was very clean

The room was a bit small.

It’s a standard Marriott Property. Clean and updated but not the Ritz

Staff at times were ignoring especially in the restaurant.

Reception staff is excellent, they invested in training . Very friendly and helpful staff it is. Very welcoming and forever happy Restaurant staff is very friendly and breakfast has reasonable options. I will definitely have a date with the front office and restaurant staff 😍 Then the complimentary cookies and water daily by the exit door just amazing and good quality

The cleaning staff hmnnn you feel like you are meeting ghosts in the corridors 5th floor and had 8 horrible nights with this team. Arrogant people, a bunch of clowns who don’t know the game of hospitality is to smile throughout. They are angry at just seeing clients, won’t greet you at all , will pass u in the corridors 5th floor and perhaps push you out of the way with their trolleys. Greeted one of them one day and response was almost on zero volume, had to ask her why she was not happy. . . I give up ! The hotel has to seriously do something or lose its clients because of these housekeepers. On their own they will talking on top of their voices perhaps complaining about guests😂😂😂 would dread to come out of my room , say a little prayer to not meet the “ghosts”
