Rooms are spacious and well designed. Beautiful modern and spacious bathroom. Breakfast was delicious with lots to offer a variety of tastes. It was fantastic that the hotel made such an effort to accommodate the marathon runners with extra early breakfast and a shuttle service. This was unexpected and shows attentiveness to what is happening in the town and addressing the guests 'needs accordingly. Thank you!
Winter time in Knysna is very cold, blankets offered in the rooms would help.

Central location and view of the lagoon is why we use the hotel. Staff went a long way to accommodate us. Breakfast is good. Room is clean and comfortable.

The location was excellent within walking distance of restaurants & local shopping. I have to mention Luthando at reception, he was very helpful throughout.
The breakfast options were very limited, eggs & omelette was greasy. I resorted to bringing my own avocado as the kitchen did not have any.
