Sea View Odessa

Апартаменти знаходяться в гарному ЖК, який охороняється, в який просто так не потрапити)) 5 поверх, кутова квартира з непоганим видом на море (вікна не чисті і без можливості відкрити вікно). Зручне ліжко, на кухні є чайник, мікрохвильовка, холодильник, плита, посуд, просторна ванна кімната з душовою кабіною. Також стояло дитяче ліжко (для немовляти). Постільне бізизна, набір полотенець. До Аркадії 10 хв пішки. На території ЖК є кафе, магазини, супермаркет. Власниця була на звязку, проблему з відсутністю Wi-Fi вирішила протягом 10 хв.

Із нюансів - в квартирі було холодно, батареї скручені, включити тепло не вдалось. Проте в прихожій є кондиціонер, який хоч якось прогрівав квартиру, інакше було б дуже не ок)) Також в душі після першої ночі на ранок був неприємний запах з водостоку, але лиш поки була включена вода, на саму ванну кімнату зайвих ароматів не було чути.

I liked that even when was my arrival was so late at night, there was someone there to meet us to give us the keys for the apartment and the check-in when fast. I also like that the apartment owner allowed us to check-out later than the posted check-out time and was understanding that we needed to stay little longer till it is time to go catch our train. Also we were happy to see that the tv had Netflix :) We also liked that there was 24/7 security, a small grocery store that has many items that you will need, a pharmacy within the apartment building)

The only drawback we found is that the bedroom can get very bright in the morning due to the fact that the bedroom window didn't have curtains to block light. So if you are the kind who would stay up late and wake up later in the day then this might be annoying to you. So I wish that the apartment owner would give attention to this to make this apartment just perfect))

It's a wonderful luxury property, modern, new, cosy,confortable, full equip etc. It exceeded my expectations. Really amazing aparment and Natasha was very useful attentive and polite. I highly recommend this option to visit Odessa in Arkadia.
