Чудова квартира, чудовий відпочинок! Все як на фото. Багато місця, зручно. Дуже гарний закритий ЖК. До моря хвилин 7, до Аркадії - 3) розташування ідеальне. Було чисто) дуже приємна господарка ) В квартирі є посуд та все необхідне)
Хотілося б додати сітки на вікна та стакани чи великі чашки)

+ Newly renovated flat, quite well equipped + Generally helpful and punctual host + Not that expensive comparing to alternatives + Close to the party area
- payment terms (only cash, steep deposit before check-in) - view and sound from the window (there's a warehouse of the shopping mall next to the building - not very well equipped, limited toilet paper, no tea/coffee/sugar (we had to buy toilet paper for the first time while traveling for the last several years) - the building is poorly planned (3 disconnected elevators for 20+ floors, so you need to wait a while for the elevator) +- Arcadia is a specific location that would be good for crazy partying but not for slow pace vacation
