Не робочий чайник, складність в пошуку приміщення, як не Одеситу це дуже складно. Відсутність халатів, та банально нормальної кількості гелю для душу.

Great location and in walking distance to everything. We enjoyed long walks each day and sleeping in. The rooms were open and spacious with comfortable mattresses and a beautiful view of the sea from every room. A nice place to enjoy some time off.
Poor directions...there are many Pear 45 buildings...it was not clear which one was correct. Also, it was very difficult to pay. I could not pay by card at the front desk, I had to go find an ATM, transfer money and then pay through a different machine. this process used an hour of time after arrival. Also in the end he charged 2,000 more than the Booking price I had reserved. We made all our own meals, but the kitchen was lacking in cooking utensils which made things a little difficult.
