Resort Fees: At certain times of the year, rentals may charge a one-time, per-guest Resort Fee to facilitate guest access. For more information, consult the Property Description or contact the reservation agent.
Refundable Damage Deposit: Rentals may require a Refundable Damage Deposit from March through Easter weekend. The Rental Company will collect this deposit by cash or credit card at check-in. If paying by credit card, the Primary Renter must present a credit card that matches their name upon check-in. For more information, consult the Property Description or contact the reservation agent.
Age Restrictions: The minimum age requirement for renters is 25. As per Homeowner Association Rules & Regulations, THIS CONDO DOES NOT ALLOW YOUNG ADULT/SPRING BREAK GROUPS.
- This rental is family-friendly and non-smoking.
- The number of guests must not exceed the stated maximum occupancy.
- Parties are strictly prohibited.
- Please keep noise levels to a minimum to respect other guests and property owners.
- Professionally laundered and sanitized linens may be exchanged for free on the east side of our off-site Guest Welcome Center from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m.
- Laundry detergent and sofa sleeper linens are available upon request at our off-site Guest Welcome Center.
- This vacation home does not allow pets.

I loved the heated pool and the beds were very conformable. the view to beach was amazing.There were a few thing that needed fixing and when I call the rental company, they were there quickly to fix them. for example, blind in one room did not work, showers didn't put out enough water to shower, one stove burner did not work, and a lock on baloney did not lock.

The room was great all but the remote in the living room has no volume and guest bath had no hot water. Water pressure was very low in both baths.

We had three adult adults and two kids was the perfect place to enjoy the beach. We walked many places and the beach was in close proximity beautiful views as well.

The condo was as advertised, clean and nice. The master bed squeaks with every turn and they should try and fix this. The maser and entry bedrooms could use some blackout shades, it get very bright very early in these rooms. My lower rating is because they closed the beach access and began constructing a walkway. This should have been communicate to us and we would have rented somewhere else. The rental company did refund some of our money in an attempt to make it right and to be fair I did not ask for this so I give them credit for this. Once the construction is complete at the end of May, 2022 I would stay here again.
