Newly renovated condo in a charming four-plex property with private pool. You have two large covered balconies. The larger balcony is over looking the newly resurfaced pool and is fully equipped for a relaxing time with beverage cart, cooler, Adirondack chairs and lounging chairs.
Inside there's a coastal modern décor that's light and airy with an inviting open floor plan and large TV in the living room. There is free Wi-Fi, two full baths, one en-suite with walk-in shower and one with a tub for the kids. There is a full kitchen with quartz counter tops, fully stocked with all the necessities for enjoying meals in. Table sits six. There is a washer and dryer inside the condo for your convenience.
Condo is walking distance to beach access #5 and across the street from Gravity park and bars on the bayside where you can enjoy a cold drink while watching the sunset. Beach access #5 is walking distance to Coco Beach Hotel/bar where you can listen to live music and play volleyball.
In the morning you can enjoy a short walk to Grapevine café for breakfast/brunch and espresso bar.
