For a week long stay it would have been nice to have a broom and dustpan for our use but other than that it was fantastic!
The steam room was amazing and the easy access to the beach with shower was phenomenal!

The Palace Resort is fine overall.
Room 505 could’ve been in extremely better conditions. There was trash behind the couch, the sliding door got stuck and had to be lifted up in order to close. There was mold/mildew on part of the ceiling. There was old dirt in the corners of the walls especially in the bathroom. We only had a half a roll of tissue for our short stay, the burners on the stove were dirty along with the oven. We had to use our hands to open & shut the blinds with the one turning stick coming off and one missing. And also the towel rack in the bathroom was broken when we arrived.
