This spacious 4 Bedroom, 3 Bathroom home located in North Morro Bay with breathtaking ocean views. This two story home features single level living on the top entry floor with two bedrooms, one full bathroom, kitchen living room and large outdoor deck. On the outdoor deck you will find a Gas BBQ as well as charcoal BBQ and plenty of room for everybody to hangout indoors or outdoors. Downstairs you will find two additional bedrooms, each with their own full bathrooms and a large backyard complete with horseshoe pit, BBQ pit, large deck and not to mention more ocean views!
The first bedroom upstairs features a King size bed with ocean views, and the second bedroom upstairs has a queen size bed with a TV. Downstairs the first bedroom has a queen size bed with ocean views and a TV, while the second bedroom down stairs is perfect for the kids or extended family with two queen beds, as well as a TV and full bathroom. This home is the perfect beach getaway for family and friends to spend a vacation with plenty of room for everybody to hang out together as well as space to get away and relax.

This was the home base for my daughter's graduation from Cal Poly. Great deck and kitchen area allowed us to mingle, BBQ, and have a great time. The view of the ocean was awesome. Plenty of beds and a nice-sized living room as well.

Property was nice, and clean. However, the downstairs rooms were very cold and very musty smelling. Since there is no AC, it would have been nice to have ceiling fans in the upstairs bedrooms. There is a garage for use, but we didn't know where the garage door opener was. I sent a message to the property manager, and he never responded. There was kess than half a bag of coffee left for 4 adults. We had to go buy our own coffee.Lastly, the property listing on VRBO represents the property having a pool, and more beds in the downstairs bedrooms, than the actual number represented in the photos. Didn’t appreciate being asked to put in a load of laundry. No problem running the dishwasher. We really liked the quiet neighborhood. And we loved the view from the deck.

This was such a wonderful home to stay in. The amount of rooms, bathrooms and beds was perfect for the group that we traveled with. The kitchen was spacious and we loved sitting on the deck for breakfast. Lovely neighborhood and lovely hosts. Definitely a place we we will continue to consider for future trips

This home is a great place for four friends from Cuesta College days (Many years ago) to reunite annually. House is adequately appointed, spacious with a great view of the coast and the rock. Would suggest a curtain or blind be added to the kitchen sliding door to minimize the setting sun while dining inside. We look forward to our next year's visit.

We loved our stay at the beach house. It had a spectacular view of the ocean and Morro Rock. There was plenty of room for all of us. The home was comfortable and we enjoyed seeing family pictures on the wall. The neighborhood was quiet and well cared for. The bathrooms need a little updating but overall we enjoyed our stay and would stay again.

The best features of this house include the breathtaking views of the ocean, the sunsets, and the two master bedrooms. The main master bedroom feels more like a studio apartment,because it’s so big. The kitchen is fully stocked with cooking utensils, and there are two washer/dryers in the garage. My friends and I were all very impressed with the house. We would definitely stay here again.

The view of Morro Rock is amazing. Seeing and hearing the waves break on the shore was fantastic. Clean and spacious. They could add a few blanket. We only found extra comforters.

The deck with 180 degree view of the ocean, including the famous Morro Rock, was a great gathering spot for family and friends. The kitchen is large and well equipped for meals. The 4 bedrooms (5 beds) had comfortable mattresses. And, the three bathrooms accommodated all without shower “conflicts.” It was a great stay and looking forward to going back.

This property exceeded our expectations. Big, comfortable, lots of bedrooms and bathrooms, but kitchen, living room great for kids and adults. Upper deck offered good views and comfortable eating space. Laundry facilities provided. We also appreciated the lack of clutter that some vacation rentals have. We enjoyed the long weekend in Morro Bay! The deck was the highlight and the whole family enjoyed the house with two levels and privacy upstairs to downstairs with backyard entrance through the lower level. It was tastefully decorated anf clean. The views were so awesome !!!
