The staff were excellent and the garden overlooking the lake was a great place to sit and relax. The breakfast choice and menu were very good and the pancakes I had were delicious!

Superb location reaching down to the Lee with option of a swim or just absorbing the beauty. Pat & Breda wonderful kind hosts. Excellent breakfast . Irish couple run B&B at its best .

Very nice, friendly hosts, great breakfasts, comfortable beds. Parking good. Suited us for location for visiting the area.
The room and decor was 'tired' and needs refreshing. (e.g. rusty radiator in the bathroom) WiFi coverage was next to useless in the room, but OK in the lounge. Shower cubicle was the smallest I've seen and tight to get into and move around in.
