Our hosts were amazing - friendly, helpful and flexible with check in times (we came in the evening) and still took the time to give us the low downof food and sights to visit nearby - I can't recall the restaurants names but every meal we had per their recommendation (try Busiate alla norma!) we enjoyed. The one time we strayed away from it due to hunger, we regretted it. We had a lot of space and it was like a home stay - we got to see how locals would have lived and decorated their rooms. We liked it so much we tried to extend the stay! We only spend 1 night in Favignana, Isole Egadi so Trapani was actually a great place to be based as we could take day trips back to the island (which we did in the end!) We missed the salt pans in Marsala so got a tour to the WWF protected salt pans of Trapani (again, very much recommended)

That they wouldn't adopt us and we couldn't just cancel our flights and live there!

The location was great and easy to find. The host appeared friendly and helpful.

The flat had a perfumed smell from some smelly odorants. They used it since the house itself smell of something like Indian curries. The small was penetrable and for people with allergies might be difficult. Everything in the flat was quite used. The shower head was broken and the toilet flash was not working properly. When complaining the hosts claimed all worked fine when the cleaners were in.
