About this apartment rental
The apartment, renovated in 2024, is located in a quiet, low-traffic area. Parking in the blue-line zones requires a fee but is only a 3-minute walk away. Everything you need is nearby: a fruit and vegetable shop and a bakery right downstairs, and a supermarket just a 5-minute walk away. On the charming little square of San Francesco, you’ll find Bar della Piazzetta, a favorite among our guests. There, you can enjoy excellent granitas, quick lunches and dinners, or an aperitif. In the evening, after a busy day, it’s nice to relax on the terrace while sipping a cold beer. The apartment is located in the heart of Trapani’s historic center, just a short walk from the sea and the ferry terminal for the Egadi Islands.
It measures 50 square meters on the 2nd floor of a historic building (34 steps), featuring a spacious living room with a table for 6 people, a fully equipped kitchen, a small balcony overlooking the square, a comfortable 3-seater sofa, a Smart TV, 2 armchairs, designer ceiling fans, and air conditioning in all rooms, a comfortable oval dining table for 6 people, and a modern kitchen complete with a refrigerator, oven, dishwasher, and 4-burner induction cooktop. A Nespresso machine, toaster, kettle, pots, dishes, and all the necessary accessories for 6 people are available to guests. One double bedroom with a queen-size bed, featuring a small balcony, fresh linens, and a bathroom with a spacious shower stall, bidet, hair dryer, shampoo, and body wash. .
Access is from street level via a traditional, light-filled Trapani staircase with just 31 steps.

A spacious 30-square-meter terrace with a shared awning (shared with the other apartment, Casa Levanzo), furnished with mats, comfortable seating, and a hammock overlooking the ancient historic village of Erice, offering the chance to spend pleasant evenings in the cool air.
The apartment is equipped with a large water supply for domestic use, but we recommend using it wisely and not wasting it.
