Sehr liebevoll geführte und blitzblank saubere Appartmentanlage von David und seiner Familie. Zeitloses, mediterranes Ambiente ohne modernen Schnickschnack. Man fühlt sich trotz der unabhängigen Appartments als Gast einer einheimischen, sehr herzlichen Familie. Unschlagbar auch die Lage! Mitten im „Zentrum“ von Sottomarina, und doch in der zweiten, ruhigen Reihe! Supermärkte, Bäckereien, Metzgereien, Bars, Gelaterias, Restaurants und natürlich Strand und Meer befinden sich alle in unmittelbarer Nachbarschaft. Kurz und gut: Wer Wert auf Authenzität, typisch italienische Wohnausstattung und freundliche, hilfsbereite Vermieter legt, gleichzeitig auch sein Auto für ein paar Tage nicht bewegen möchte (es gibt einen günstigen Deal mit einem naheliegenden, öffentlichen Parkplatz…), der ist hier absolut richtig. Freue mich schon aufs nächste Mal!

Gli appartamenti Padoan sono davvero una buona struttura. David è stato molto disponibile e molto cordiale. Nonostante sia stata la prima volta ci sembrava di conoscerli da sempre. l'appartamento era molto pulito e, soprattutto, tutte le persone che abbiamo incontrato ci hanno salutato con un sorriso.
