Enjoy the gorgeous Bethany beach sunsets and sunrises on one of the 4 balconies while staying in this 3 story, 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath condo that sleeps 8. Walk 100 yards from the front door to the private Tower Shores beach or relax poolside in the courtyard. If you are feeling more adventurous you are just minutes away from downtown Bethany, Dewey and Rehoboth. Also located near the Delaware Seashore State Park, outlet shopping, fine dining, fishing and plenty of outdoor activities for you and your family to enjoy. A wonderful place to getaway from it all and make lifelong memories.

The location was perfect and the size/layout of the place was great for my college friends and I to have a little getaway at the beach. The weather didn’t cooperate but that just meant we were more thankful for a nice place to stay and hang out and talk and laugh. The upper two floors of the rental are very cute and we enjoyed the updated space. The kitchen had everything we needed for making breakfast and lunch in the rental. The pool was an added bonus and so nice! The first floor bathroom and queen bedroom could use some updating (that queen bed frame is so squeaky, it could wake the dead!). But all in all, it was a wonderful place for the 5 of us to spend 5 days together and reconnect. Thanks, Jess for being a great host! **when ordering linens, be sure to use the house number (not 11 Cove Rd as specified in the driving directions) since there is a second number 11 across the street and our linens were delivered there instead. a little confusion and chasing down our linens upon arrival could have been avoided if I had used the house number instead.

We had an issue when we checked in and called the host. She got back to us right away and immediately fixed it. Loved the location and access to the beach also had a very nice pool. Would love to stay there again. Nice quiet neighborhood.
