In prime season between Memorial Day and Labor Day our weekly rental is Saturday to Saturday. We offer flexible stays in the off season. We also may have flexibility on open weeks so please inquire if you are interested in a shorter stay.
*Please note*: WE DO NOT provide sheets or towels but we do have plenty of blankets and pillows for each bed. We also have beach chairs, boogie boards, beach toys and a beach wagon available for your use (as well as a pack n play & high chair for your little one)! We can provide customizable linen and towel package rentals for a fee upon request.
**Please note**: We do not rent to groups under age of 25.
A truly luxurious coastal retreat located in the exclusive Villas at Beach Cove between the hearts of Dewey Beach and Bethany Beach, this is beach living at its finest. Enjoy the best of both the Bay and the Ocean in this luxury town home located in North Bethany Beach DE just south of the Indian River Inlet.
A true 5 bedroom + 3.5 bath, 4 level townhome with over 2700 square feet of beautifully furnished living space. Home offers spectacular views of the bay and is just a short 5 min stroll to the beach. This home features free high-speed WIFI with an added mesh network for greater coverage, 7 decks, and 2 carports exclusively for use by guests. Relax in the large great room on the upper level as well as a second living area / kids play room on the 2nd level. Room to sleep 10-12 people. Located in the exclusive Villas of Beach Cove community which includes a private community pool, a 100 ft fishing and crabbing pier, and is only 270 yards from the beach. Walk to Matts Fish Camp, check out Big Chill Cantina on the beach and Hammerheads on the Bay for fabulous sunsets.
For your entertainment, we have a Ping Pong table on the lower level rear deck as well as Cornhole boards. And we've added 3 Kayaks (2 singles and 1 double) with paddles and life vests for our guests enjoyment. Waivers must be signed prior to use.
Location, location, location - 1 mile from the Indian River Inlet for fishing and surfing that can’t be beat, 10 minute drive to Rehoboth Beach Restaurants, Boardwalk, Funland for the kids & Shopping Outlets and 5 minute drive to both Dewey Beach and the Town of Bethany.

Great stay with the family! Loved the views of the bay and watching the herons and osprey! The house was as advertised and had comfy beds, really nice beach chairs and the wagon to bring stuff to the beach was much appreciated. The kitchen was well stocked which is perfect for a family that likes to eat in. Bringing the linens was more of an effort than I anticipated but that is no fault of the rental as they made it very clear (which I appreciated) that lines were not included. Overall, wonderful experience and I would recommend!

What a fantastic house! It had everything that we could imagine. The views were spectacular. The walk to the beach was easy. Everything was clean and it felt like “home” for the week. The kitchen and the top living room were the best as we hung out there every night. We can’t wait to come back.

We highly enjoyed our stay at Dan and Stephany’s property. The townhome is spacious and well appointed, with everything you need for a comfortable stay, everything you need for the beach, and even kayaks if you want to enjoy some time on the bay. There are decks off each bedroom and a lovely top floor deck for taking in the sunset or eating dinner outside. The location is gem too, especially if you bring your dog. The beach is a short walk through the condo complex across the street and onto the state beach. You have to cross rt 1 to access thd beach but crossing is well marked with flashing lights and easy to cross. Dan and Stephany are very responsive. Check in was a breeze. We recommend staying at their north Bethany property and we will happily rent here again.

Our family had a fantastic beach vacation! It was great to be able to bring the dog as well as walk across the street for beach access! The house had lots of room for all of us - great Bay views and beautiful sunsets! Middle of September was very quiet and peaceful. Highly recommend.
