Had a great time in Paris, next time would get an apartment with air conditioning and be more careful about bathrooms.

Great location. Rental company was very nice and quick to respond to my questions. I was disappointed by the fans I requested never being delivered.

The bathrooms are small especially the single shower. The single shower had standing water every time you used it. It pumped out but seemed like it should not do that. The bathroom is so small there’s no room for bringing in clothes. Also, we asked for extra fans during hot weather and they were promised but never came. Not enough towels as there are no hooks anywhere to hang to dry. The larger shower ran out of hot water which was unexpected.

Extremely poor agency and customer focus - don’t use them

The place was nice. But don’t ever use the agency. We have been cheated to badly and it is impossible to get a proper answer when raising feedback.

We did not get the apartment that we booked. We got an apartment that was in poor condition and cheaper that the one we booked. But the worst part is that the agency is ghosting us when we raise a complaint. I have written to them for more than a month now and no settlement on our refund claim. The worst agency I have ever used - don’t book via them.

STAFF was horrible. Disrespectful, lying, very poor customer service.

I was in Paris on vacation with my 4 kids. While taking a shower the water was not going down and it started flooding and started running in the apartment downstairs. The occupant of the apartment came upstairs and complained that it was not the first time. I called Urban Flats and they said that they were going to send a technician they never until we left after 5 nights. The second incident happened the next day after a long day we came home trying to open the door and the key broke. I called once more Urban Flats and the said they were going to send a technician and nobody showed off. At 10:00pm I found someone who came and open the and Chang the key lock for 420 euros. Never call me back to apologize instead they were just yelling on me. Next day went to the office and left one key and the rest of the keys in the lockbox. They call me the day that I checked out to tell me that they are going to hold my 750.00 euros deposit because they have changed the handle . WILL NOT RECOMMEND

The location is generally good.

The apartment’s window are very very bad. It rained and all rain water leaked into the rooms and made our bags and clothes wet. The windows were closed but kept on leaking rain. It os also impossible to sleep due to the noise. It is too much noisy outside and if you close the windows it gets hot and if you open them then you can NOT SLEEP AT ALL. It id not worth the money we paid for it.

- There is no AC and it was killing hot the have 4 small tables fans two of them with wrong electric outlets so if you don’t bring your own AC adapter the will not work and if you open the windows at nigh the noice coming from the street will make it impossible to close your eyes. - There is no toilet paper holders in the toilets

some fittings didn’t work well. very wonky dinner table, bedside light didn’t work, no door stoppers, one of the showers needed adjusting as it was too hot. all little details that make the experience short of perfect.

Disappointing given what was listed, the pictures and the price.

Location, number of rooms, separate kitchen and living areas

There was no washing machine or dishwasher and there a small bar fridge - all of which was not acceptable for the size and price of the apartment. Being located on one of the busiest streets in Paris, there was no air-conditioner which meant fresh air came with a lot of noise. Insufficient fans were provided. In summer, the apartment is unbearable - either hot, or fresh air with noise. Bathrooms had old showers where the glass came off the track. The booking company was not responsive to questions and requests for more fans.

Good

location in terms of where it was in the city was awesome. size of rooms and common space were excellent. communication with hosts was great. beds were very comfortable. I think for a younger crowd who is mostly going to be out and about, later into the evening, this is a great spot

it's on a busy street so it's very noisy all day/night. kitchen could use a few more amenities (a cutting board and better bread knife for example) if you plan to do much eating there. overall could just use a bit of updating: table was wobbly, tp and towel holder would be nice in the powder room.

Amazing view

The location was great, the rooms were spacious and the balcony was beautiful.

There was one inconvenience, we couldn't get into our apartment in the middle of our stay because the key changed, but they try to fix it as soon as possible. The apartment looked good but there were a few things that made our stay a little uncomfortable, things that could someone fix easily. For example: the door of a cabin broke off (before we were there, the door was just on the floor), the dinner table was super unstable (you couldn't cut things on the table), stains on the couch, unstable toilet seats, and the kitchen supplies were not good. There were not enough mugs and glasses. We were in a ten-person apartment with 5 people and for us, it was not even enough. We didn't have a mug or glass per person.

Instagram-worthy apartment in 15-min walk from Chatelet station

The keys received in 5-7 min walk from the property. It seems okay but not for late arrivals. Super-big apartment for the Paris center. Two bathrooms are very cool. Great kitchen and amazing Paris instagramable balcony

1) Very late check-in when check-out is more or less standard (12 pm) and hosts do not let us to arrive in the apartment 40 min before check-in (4 pm) 2) When check-in we saw a cigarette butt in the bathroom scent diffuser, which was really unpleasant

Smelled like urine

The location was great! And it’s quite spacious. The bottled water was a nice touch.

But it smelled of a strong urine odor as soon as you approach the room entrance. We loved the charm of the original windows/doors, but it definitely allowed a lot if noise to come in. Also, one if the beds had a sunken side, which was quite uncomfortable for sleeping. The dishes were dirty and needed to be washed before using. But there were plenty of dishes and cookware. Also lots of bedding and towels. The cleaning person could use to wipe the thick layer of dust on the decor in both bathrooms. There were young people in the unit next to us and across the hall. The ones across the hall were up all night partying and it was difficult to sleep with all the noise.
