The private garden in particular was a fabulous safe and secure space. Chris the owner left a bottle of Prosecco waiting for us on arrival, a lovely touch.
The house was within walking distance of Chester zoo.
Although there was two toilets it was a shared shower.

The location is very quiet and peaceful, in a residential area that is very close (2 minutes' drive) to Chester Zoo. The host provided ample details about the property and checked in on us daily. It was very easy to find it and get in. The house is decorated in a modern style. It was a short walk/drive to get groceries nearby. There were retractable stair gates on the top and bottom of the stairs.
I didn't realise that the £100 damage deposit was a separate payment to the property and not collected by booking dot com. The damage deposit was returned promptly after the stay, so no problems there. Some lights were turning on in the bathroom by themselves which was a little unsettling, mioght be a faulty sensor somewhere.

Gardens we’re good and furniture although could do with some old regarding cleaning
