One bathroom for 2 rooms, fortunately we were are alone on the floor

Maria Rita y su familia nos dieron una bienvenida estupenda y nos recibió antes de la hora acordada, nos hizo reserva de una trattoria cercana para la comida del día de llegada. Dominio perfecto del castellano, lo que nos llevó a tener conversaciones estupendas a la hora del desayuno y recomendaciones de lugares a visitar y pizzerías y trattorias donde comer bien. La limpieza en general excelente, la estancias amplias y el desayuno excelente también. Muchas gracias Maria Rita, Attilo e hija, por abrirnos vuestro hogar y hacernos sentir como en casa.

The owners were friendly, spoke perfect English and made great breakfasts.

From the description and photos we thought we were going to have more than just a room. So that was a bit deceptive. Since it was in someone's house and this was the only room for us we felt like we had to be very careful and quiet out of respect. The room had no other facilities but a TV that wasn't working (which was ok for us but maybe not for someone else). The bed sheets initially had a blood stain on it which we reported and the owner apologised and changed it for us, but denied it was blood instead of just accepting it.
