Our stay was great! I thought the parking set up was dodgy at first but it turned out to be fine. Wasn't worried about our car at all. It is parked in its wide designated spot right outside the place. Everything worked perfectly thought that fridge was dorm sized. Very clean. Couldn't figure out the stove top, texted Holly and she responded back promptly with the trick (It was 90% my fault).

Wonderful place for 2. Basically everything you need. Kitchen with all the utensils, microwave, stovetop, niced sized refrigerator, washer/dryer. Jetted tub and shower. Location is the best. Store for supplies and lots of food choices (though some do close at 3pm) all within 2-3 blocks.

Great location, able to walk to places to eat, walk to ferry, there was a farmers market in town one day that was incredible! Loved having use of a washer and dryer as well as the kitchen. We would definitely stay there again!

We had an amazing trip and staying here was so fun! The treehouse had everything we needed and it was so close to everything in town. We were able to park our car for the weekend and walk to anything we wanted to see. Very clean and quiet and the bathtub was a nice extra.

Handy location, easily walkable to the harbor or Bakery San Juan. We use Treehouse as a base when we come in the spring to take care of property we own on the island, so the jetted tub is nice after a day of cutting back brush and weeding.We were impressed by the kitchen drawer full of misc. items like a tape measure (to measure a broken shoe lace for replacement), allen wrenches, and a bunch more. Kitchen is on the small side, but fine for a couple and modest meals. The microwave is also a convection oven, so you could even do some baking. We had a couple minor needs during this stay and Holly was very responsive.

Stayed 3 nights in this spot and couldn't have been more pleased. The location was fantastic, within walking distance to shops & restaurants. We even walked to the grocery store 2 blocks away. We explored the entire island as well as took the ferry to Orcas one afternoon. Super convenient location for all that we wanted to do. It was fantastic. Clean. I could not figure out the television the first day and the host sent her sister over within 10 or 15 minutes to figure that out for me. She was super responsive. We had a wonderful stay. I would definitely stay here again if in the area. Thank you so much!

This is a great spot for folks looking to be centrally located in downtown. Steps away from shops and restaurants. The property is a little funky and there isn’t a view. But we did enjoy the front patio complete with people watching from the shade of a really old and lovely elm? Tree. The kitchen amenities didn’t align with what we envisioned. We love to cook. Before arriving we were informed that the dishwasher was out of order and the fan in the shower wasn’t working - not a deal breaker. But part of the quirkiness of the property.

We did not receive a message about how to check in and directions to go down an alley and around a corner to the front door. It was in a gravel and dirt parking lot with weeds everywhere. Fortunately a woman who owned a business next door had the owner's phone number. She said that she had sent a text the previous day but it was not on my phone. She then texted all instructions. The dishwasher was broken, the bathroom fan was broken and one of the burners on the outside didn't work. The worst part was the bed. It was beyond firm - very hard! We did not sleep well for 3 nights. The vrbo picture was of a beautiful white house, which lead you to believe that the apartment entrance was in the front. There is a condo in front but it wasn't ours. There are multiple apartments in the house and we had a person above us walking around. There were only two tiny windows up by the ceiling so it felt very dark. The pros were that it was in town with parking space and it was very clean.

The location was great. The kitchen was very well stocked. The dishwasher not functioning was disappointing. A strainer to dry the dishes would have been helpful. The unit was very dark but we weren't there to stay indoors. We were not warned that you couldn't wear shoes inside. The floors were really cold, bring slippers. We came from Lopez with no internet, so we could not access the check in instructions but the PM was very prompt in responding to us and texting them. We were asked to strip the bed and start the laundry which we did. We were asked to load the dishwasher which we didn't because it didn't work. We did ask for a late check-out, 11 AM. It was never confirmed.

The unit was super clean and very well equipped.Nearly walking distance to everything. Our only negative is the lack of windows, there are two very small windows in the living area and a regular on near the bed. The reason we mention the windows is that the day we arrived it was warm and the unit was stuffy, fortunately weather became cooler for the rest of our stay. We did find some some fans which may help.

To be honest when we pulled up to the back we had a kinda, oooh no what is this place........THEN we opened the door! WOW! It was amazing! So clean, orderly, everything you could want! Quiet and a nice little outdoor space in the front to sit and relax. Very, very easy access to everything downtown and super nice to have our own parking space Holly wrote things out nicely and clearly as far and instructions/direcctions. Right off the bat firends and family asking if we liked the condo we picked, yes! Yes we would stay again and passed info on to them also. The only 'down side' is not alot of windows, but you know when you think about it, your not there to sit inside, your there to get out and enjoy the island and everything it has to offer!

The Treehouse was a great spot for our week's stay while visiting family in Friday Harbor. Excellent, quiet location in town. Very will equipped; I can't think of a single thing that was not provided for a comfortable stay. Had to contact Holly about a small issue (my mistake) and she responded promptly and was so helpful. I don't like that there are expectations about doing laundry and dishes on the way out because we also pay a fee for cleaning and it would be easy to switch out sheets and towels if the turn around is too tight.
