A localização do apartamento é um dos pontos fortes, "pé na areia", com um jardim e piscina de frente para o mar, muito agradável. O pessoal do bar e da recepção foram bastante solícitos e prestativos. É possível tomar o café da manhã por um preço bem razoável à beira mar. O ponto fraco do apartamento foi a limpeza. O sofá cama da sala estava coberto com uma manta e por baixo estava sujo com fiapos e areia então meu filho que dormiria no sofá teve que dormir conosco no quarto. No quarto havia um colchão coberto de mofo. Não pudemos usar o armário porque o forte cheiro de mofo impregnaria as roupas então tivemos que colocá-las sobre o beliche. O quarto tem móveis demais o que atrapalha a movimentação.
