The location is great. I'm a solo female traveller and crossroads is close to everything so no lonely walk home! The bed was super comfy. There was plenty of really hot water and good shower pressure. A full size fridge to store any water food in.
The most annoying thing was check in. I had received no instructions on my room or where to get the key. No one answered my numerous messages or calls. I eventually.went to the property at 2pm and spoke to the cleaner who said she couldn't help me without a room number...someome did pick up my call in the end and give me a room number however the whole situation was really stressful. If you read previous reviews I think this is pretty standard..If you're a clean freak don't look under the bed! It didn't bother me that the top of the wardrobe and under the bed hadn't been dusted but other people might not like it.
None of these issues would stop returning 😊

Everything was great, the apartments were clean, tidy and spacious. Excellent location. We will definitely be back next year.

The location is really perfect close to the square and everything in Ayia Napa.
The bed was comfortable and there were many facilities provided also the room was very big and the bed was comfortable.
There was also a balcony which we used only for clothes drying because it was really hot outside.
Towels were provided and the kitchen was equipped.
Also, I like that there were two Air conditioners because the room was big and one was not enough to cool the room.
The bathroom was big and there was hot water all the time and the shower was new.
I also liked that there were small shampoos and soaps provided.
First, when we arrived we texted the owner who didn't respond at all to our texts that we were in front of the apartment.
Luckily one of the cleaning ladies arrived but for purpose to clean some appartment and tried to call the owner to confirm our reservation and later she gave us the key. We never met the owner.
Some of the furniture pieces need to be replaced like the cupboard in the bathroom re old and kinda broken and colour of the cupboards was torn out.
In the shower there was package for shampoo and shower gel but it was empty.
The metal thing in the sink was fully closed so we had to find a way to keep it open for water to have a flow otherwise the sink was filling up with water.
We were there 10 days and the first change of towels were at the 5th day. Then the 7th and 9th was okay.
There was hairdryer but it didn't work.
I think that the door should be replaced with some with better security.

Location, nice staff, beautiful beaches
Very noisy - the hotel is at the crossroads, you can really hear everything from the street (motorcycles, quad bikes, music, nightlife). Bad sleep every night. Sliding doors on the balcony that could not be locked (broken), what is not safe. The extra bed for the third person is unstable and dirty. The equipment in the kitchen was really very old.
