Recently refurbished, plenty of space for a family of 4, good windows to insulate the noise from outside , 3 air conditioning units, car park, close to centre.
I would have expected when the bed sheets were changed every 3-4 days, the rooms and bathroom to be cleaned as well. Recommend a bit of vacuuming as well.

Loveeed everything about this apartment, the host, and the location. It was a perfect stay actually. Safe neighborhood for girls, the city center about 7min away, there are clubs max 10min away. and the nearest beach was the BEST beach (better than Nissi actually). The apartment was superrr clean when we arrived, and we had second cleaning during the 4th day of our stay.

We had a very pleasant stay. The host was extremely kind, responsive, and always available whenever we needed assistance. She kindly allowed us to check into the apartment before the official check-in time, which we greatly appreciated. The apartment was comfortable, clean, and exactly as described. Overall, everything was smooth and enjoyable, and our stay was a wonderful experience. We would gladly recommend this accommodation to other guests.
One thing to keep in mind is that there is a nightclub nearby. That said, the apartments are equipped with double-glazed windows and provide good sound insulation. We found the noise level quite manageable, and unless you are very sensitive to noise, it should not be a problem.
