An absolutely flawless stay in every respect. Beautifully maintained spaces, comfortable rooms, and truly impeccable cleanliness.
What really makes the difference, however, is the service. The staff was exceptional: always smiling, helpful, and highly professional, yet at the same time warm and genuine. I had a small setback and they kindly offered me a late check-out. A gesture that shows a level of flexibility and customer care that is increasingly rare.
You can clearly feel an open-minded attitude, focused on problem solving and on the well-being of guests. This isn’t just hospitality—it’s about making people feel truly welcomed and understood.

New Air Conditions inside of the rooms
The pictures are probably from 10years ago, the rooms are quite shabby now, especially bathroom and shower (only the tub was new); unfortunately not really well equipped kitchen. We booked one deluxe apartment for two people and one Maisonette apartment for 4 people. In both there were not enough plates or cutlery or glasses. The deluxe apartment had no towel for cleaning and drying the plates and no kettle for tea or coffee. Also we booked because of the picture with terrace and thought we can have a nice birthday breakfast in the morning, but with this small round table it’s quite not possible to sit with 4 people and eat. And there was no warm water in the morning, not possible to have a shower and wash your hairs 😟 had already better apartments in Ayia Napa, because we are no tourists-we live on this island and just coming from time to time to spend a few days in this area.
