About this apartment rental
This new luxury condo with beautiful ocean views and private balcony is a perfect place for a beach vacation. You will enjoy watching many sunrises and the local fireworks display from your private balcony. Located at the quiet end of the boardwalk with restaurants and entertainment all in walking distance. With a walk across the street to the beach, this fourth floor unit is a one bedroom with a queen bed and a queen size foam sleeper sofa. Kitchen with granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances, Keurig coffee maker, toaster, dishwasher and fully equipped with dishes, pots, pans, etc. There is a 55" HD tv in the living room with DVD player, Cable and Wifi. There is also a 42" HD TV in the bedroom. In unit washer and dryer. All linens and towels are provided. Easily accessible by elevator and one on site parking spot.

The condo was well-equipped and comfortable. I was disappointed when I arrived to find that the bed had not yet been made with fresh sheets, but they were available for me to put on, so no big deal. Communication with the hosts was easy and helpful.
