Being super super close to the beach!!

The codes for the doors not working.

I paid for early check in and was able to park my vehicle on premises of 12 Ashworth; the woman who checked me in was very pleasant. Had a little incident with the new bed frame but when I called, she was wanted to make sure I was ok and she had her husband there to fix it within the hour. Room #1 was very clean and updated. It had a small refrigerator but I like that it had a small freezer to freeze 3-4 bottles of water. It had sheets, blankets, towels etc. It is 2 minutes walk to beach, close to food, stores and activities.

The stairs going up are a little sketchy; every step has give, feels like going to fall through - hold on to rail. My 3 yr nephew whom was staying with his grandma in the next room came over at 9:30am and bounced a little rubber ball a few times and lady downstairs came out screaming. This is same apt had their music blaring after midnight on 2 different nights. Only other thing is after 1 shower the next person gets cool water.

Stairs were a bit scary. Also the parking spot I had was very small I had to climb over to the passenger side to get out

Decent location within walking distance to the beachfront area.

We booked a non-smoking room but at check-in the room smelled like cigarette smoke. There were cigarette butts and beer cans outside on the deck. We requested a room change and were accommodated. Facility was very old but clean.
