Loved the location! And parking was just a short walk. I will definitely stay here again
The only thing I would say is that I didnt know when I booked 12 Ashworth that the check in was done at a different location. Had I known that first I would have drove there first! But it wasnt too far I was just tired from the drive and just wanted to unload and hit the beach. The woman who checked us in was very pleasant and sweet!

Quick access to the beach and right on the end of the boardwalk. Microwave and fridge available. Plenty of pillows, blankets, towels. Staff was extremely friendly.
Parking situation is confusing. Bed wasn't very comfortable. Stairs to get to second floor are terrifying.

The rental was clean and met our needs after a concert at Hampton Ballroom Casino.
Parking pass and mobile key had to be picked up down the road at another motel. Then we had to go to designated lot to park, which was not that close to the rental. I also thought I requested a family room and it ended up being a queen bed with uncomfortable pillows.
