Lovely room, very clean and the bed was comfortable. Elemis toiletries were wonderful. You have to check in at the sister hotel but it’s round the corner and they can store luggage. No bar or food onsite but lots in the area which felt safe and not too busy. We used this for BST at Hyde park and it was an easy walk back. It’s expensive but good value for a nice room in central London.

Fantastic location, great aircon during a heatwave. Very comfortable bed. Room very small but perfectly formed, and the shower is really good. Staff were very helpful and nice.
Minor annoyance having to get the key from a different location but otherwise perfect.

Staff were welcoming & helpful. Location was convenient.
Rooms were tiny, lower & upper rooms access is difficult due to narrow stairs.
Very cramped room to move around in, open luggage in.
