About this house rental
The house has a clean modern design. It is laid out over three floors.
Hallways and living areas have wooden floors, bedrooms are carpeted for a cosier feel. The house has: easily controlled underfloor heating .
On entering the ground floor there is: a storeroom, shoe storage and ample coat hooks in the utility.
The utility room has a washer and a dryer; there is a door to an enclosed back garden.
There are two ground floor bedrooms with zip and link super king beds. One bedroom has a wardrobe and TV, both have bedside drawers, a chest of drawers and en suite shower rooms.
On the first floor there is a WC and an external door for side access to the garden. This floor has one bedroom. This has a zip and link superking bed and a TV. It also has an en suite shower room and storage space.
On this floor is an open plan living area includes a well equipped kitchen, a double oven, american fridge freezer with cooled water and ice maker, Nespresso, air fryer, microwave , kettle and a 6 slot toaster. There is a kitchen island with gas hob and breakfast bar. The table has extendable leaves which can seat 12 people.
The living area is spacious and modern with black leather sofas and wood burner. There is a 65" TV and sonos speaker. Sliding glass doors lead you to a balcony with comfortable seating allowing you to make the most of the beautiful Solent views.
Outside there is: a log store for the log burner, a table, chairs and a BBQ for alfresco dining when the sun is out.
On the second floor there is a master suite with super king bed, spacious wardrobes and en suite. Across the way is a spacious room with superking bed that can be split into twin beds, two single sofa beds, a 42 inch TV and en suite shower room.
One final floor more, open the roof hatch out to the roof terrace where you can see across to East Cowes, the spinnaker, Southampton and the New forest. Enjoy your sundowner on the daybed and then watch as the stars come out...

This property is in an excellent location and just a pleasant stroll into the town and harbour via the seafront. It was extremely clean on arrival and the listing details are fully accurate. The house is spacious and the views from the lounge and master bedroom, balconies and roof terrace are fantastic. Beds are very comfy and the kitchen is so well appointed it lacked nothing. Dealing with the host Marian was a pleasure from booking to departure and she was very helpful in recommendations for restaurants and places to visit etc. I would definitely recommend the property to friends and relatives and will look forward to rebooking again. We were a party of 8 adults and we found the house had plenty of space in all areas.

Absolutely stunning house. The booking process and check in were super easy. We asked for recommendations of places to eat and Marian was happy to help. The house is finished to a very high standard throughout and was spotlessly clean too. There is everything you need inside the house. The bedrooms are all very big. The master bedroom has great views with a walkthrough wardrobe that leads to a massive bathroom. Plenty of balconies to sit on and look out to Sea. More than enough seating for our group of 12 inside and out. The drive was big enough for 3 cars. The seafront is a 3 min walk and shops, pubs, restaurants and more only 20 min walk along the sea front. You will not be disappointed if you book this property. I would book again without hesitation.

Stunning house with amazing views, clean and well appointed throughout.Marian is an excellent host providing everything you could possibly need, a real home from home. She responds promptly to any queries and provided us with the extra baby equipment we requested. An ideal environment for a family get together.
