About this house rental

Little Orchard is a spacious six-bedroom Art Deco-style detached home, set in beautifully landscaped gardens—ideal for families, groups, or golfing getaways. Stylish and versatile, the house offers flexible accommodation which can accommodate 12 - 14 guests with one fixed double bed, five zip-and-link beds (can be arranged as doubles or twins), and two trundle beds which can create a triple room.

The large open-plan lounge and dining area is perfect for socialising, while the well-equipped kitchen features a four-oven Aga, a large range cooker, and an American-style fridge/freezer—ideal for preparing group meals. The sitting room includes a 46-inch plasma TV with Freesat HD, DVD/VHS player, and complimentary WiFi is available throughout the property.

A separate utility room offers a washing machine and dishwasher for added convenience. Outdoors, guests can enjoy a spacious patio with a gas-fired six-burner BBQ, teak garden furniture, and private off-road parking for four to five cars.

One bedroom on the ground floor with a versatile zip and link bed (which can be arranged as a double or twin). Upstairs you will find a further five bedrooms one fixed double bed, four zip-and-link beds (which can be arranged as doubles or twins). Also available to the two largest bedrooms are trundle beds which can create a triple room. All bedrooms are equipped with Freeview TVs. One ensuite bathroom with shower over bath and a further two bathrooms.

The property benefits from a commercial-grade hot water system, providing high-capacity, high-pressure flow to all baths, showers, and sinks—ensuring comfort for larger groups.
