Good budget accommodation

The room was spacious. Furniture is simple but I did not expect more. The bed was average, I have had worse but also better. The kitchen was equipped just with the bare minimum but we didn’t use it. The room was clean and the staff was friendly. The location appeared to be calm and we didn’t feel unsafe. It was typically easy to get an Uber quickly. If you do not look for luxury and are ok with a simple room that is reasonably priced I can recommend this place.

There was a fan or air conditioning equipment on the roof that was audible all the time, even with windows closed. For very light sleepers this could be annoying.

Great location, kind staff, but beds need improvement

Excellent location, just one block from Torre Mayor. Very kind and helpful staff. Clean rooms and common areas.

Cons: The beds are very uncomfortable. The property feels a bit old and could use some updates. Overall: A good place to stay if you need to be in the area and plan to be out most of the day. It's clean and well-located, but don't expect much comfort from the beds.

One of my table lamps didn’t work. The little safe in the closet didn’t work correctly. The shower was missing the glass door so the floor was wet after taking a shower

Great location and size but needs to work on hospitality & friendliness

Great location and size of the aparment was nice too!

The apartment was very cold and we could not adjust it. Also we arrived early and asked for an early checkin what normally - when the room is ready- is never a problem. But the price was way too high (50% of one nights stay) when the room is ready we found weird. Staff generally was slightly rude and unwelcoming.

I had a great stay. While simple the room was well appointment and very clean. Lots of space, except in the bathroom where I almost cracked my head open on a cabinet place most above the toilet —and one has to sit sideways (and I am not particularly tall).

The guy at the reception was downright rude to me when I checked in.
