Excellent location, great communication, the 24 hour staffed door was a very nice thing to have and the staff were helpful, good sized apartment well enough stocked, nice facilities (laundry room and a small gym) and did I mention the location. The room fans were very helpful. Since we were there during the rainy season, the large TV with streaming services was an unanticipated bonus as was the speedy wifi.

Although the most important things were very clean (toilets, linens, beds, towels), the apartment had not been deep cleaned in awhile and the finishes were a little worn. This would definitely not keep me from staying there again but the apartment would be fantastic if these few items were fixed.

First time visiting Mexico City and I have no regrets picking this spot. There is a lot to do nearby that is walking distance. The entrance to Chapultepec Park is about a 15-minute walk or less. There are cafes and restaurants around every corner. The Angel of Independence is within walking distance as well. There is an Oxxo nearby too if you need to transfer/convert money. It's near Zona Rosa, which is basically an LGBT+ neighborhood. I would definitely recommend this place if you're interested in exploring that. If you're using the metro there is a stop 5-minutes away. The place was clean when we arrived. There is no ac, but there are fans, and opening the window was enough for it to feel nice. They supply you with towels and bath toiletries (shampoo/conditioner/liquid soap) in each bathroom. There was also extra toilet paper under the sinks. There are some small trash bags under the sink in the kitchen, and we left the big trash bags we bought in the white cabinets. The hosts were very nice and helpful. Thank you to one of them who took us to the dumpsters after we kept walking around the parking garage and opening random doors. The dumpsters are located in level S1, climb the stairs on your right, then go right. The door/gate to the dumpsters is on your right just before the exit to the street. And it is labeled like the small trash cans in the kitchen. If you like taking pictures, there is a thick red bordered mirror right outside the door. There are two elevators and the stairs are located right in front of them.

The water in the shower goes from very hot to very cold. You have to take advantage of when it's warm. Not a big issue, just an inconvenience. My group did not mind the traffic noise, but that may be a deal breaker for those that prefer peace and quiet. The elevators are small. The four of us fit nicely, without luggage. One friend had two suitcases, so he took a separate elevator. Not an issue for us, just keep in mind if you're bringing a lot.
