We were there for the Steel City Nats and found the location very convenient especially because one of my friends has a disability. We were able to go next door for a quick meal and coffee and if we wanted any alcohol, there was a bottle-o next door as well.
We can't fault Sundowners at all. The customer service exceeded our expectations as we had to check-in late and the receptionist made it as easy as possible. Absolutely nothing to dislike and we would definitely stay here again!!

I didn't like that there are no mirrors in the bedrooms as it makes it hard when dressing. I also like an iron in my room.
