Perfect House Stay, highly recommended, will stay again, and you should book early- One of the Top places on my 15-Day Trip- Great historic style house, awesome amenities, including tea, coffee etc. The most comfortable beds I had on my trip.
Could not fault, highly recommend.

Quite street, but not too far from the centre of town.

we did not have breakfast there. site location was very good, and all communication with our host Gary was excellent
no pods for the coffee machine. while we shouldn't just expect this, no point having a coffee machine there unless we know the type of pods it needs in advance.
