Modest but excellent value for money

Free parking in a residential area

Hotel is a part of a old shopping center from the 90’s and most of the shops are closed and abandoned. In the evening the whole area looks a little bit spooky.

It was a pleasant Hotel

Location was fine, as I specifically chose for it closeness to where I usually went for the day. The friend I came to visit in Serbia lived 5-10 min away from the Hotel, and was a straight walk from the Hotel.

The beds are a bit creaky, but passable. The "Rain" shower I had in Room 101 was not doing as it was supposed to do, as the water just came to front and fell down in one big stream of water, which spattered on my body, temperature was quite fine though, sadly however the Bathroom was always wet, after a shower, as a lot of water also fell outside the shower... as there was no door or glass blocking it. Finally the Room wasn't cleaned or my bed made up for 4x in total, in my total of 10 nights stay, though this has been addressed with the receptionist at my leave/check-out

In an older part of Belgrade, the hotel is a short stroll to the river. There are bars and shops.

I love the location

There were disinfectant balls in the toilet that stank horribly. I had to put them into the trash so I could comfortably use the bathroom facilities.

cost effective hotel

Stayed in the hotel for 2 nights, the hotel is small, clean and very cost effective. Breakfast is simple but good enough. The staff is very helpful and even made us a package for breakfast as we checked out very early. WIFI was very good.

The location of the hotel is hard to find and the area is not as welcoming as i would hope. In the room there wasn't a suitable desk to work on with the laptop

Very good

A very decent hotel when you want to stay in Belgrade on a budget. The staff is amazing and they do everything to make you feel welcome. This hotel is one of the cleanest hotels ever - cleaning lady does a great job daily, always with a smile on her face. There is a complementary breakfast provided every morning, although you can find several good bakeries and coffee shops in the neighbourhood. If you are coming by car - there are plenty of free parking spots around hotel. Furthermore, public transportation options are just around the corner - Belgrade is so easy to get around by bus or tram (which are completely free of charge by the way!). All in all, we had great 3 night stay here and will be back for sure!

Fair place to stay

The room is prefect. Big, nice and with a big wardrobe. Clean. Breakfast is good and staff is nice.

Bed was a bit low and you could feel the springs bellow. Shower, the rain option was seriously bad, dirty, moh and full of calc. Luckily the normal shower head was OK.

Large room, clean bathroom, bad food

The room was pretty large. Overall clean except for some large stain marks on the bed headrest and the couches they couldn't get rid of. The location of the hotel was good for me since it was fairly close to my work but for a touristic trip, it is not great however there is a bus and tram station close by. Bed was large and comfortable. I had a good sleep. Internet connection was working properly for browsing online. The first password and WiFi didn't work, but the staff was helpful and provided me with a new connection and passwors in 5 minutes. Bathroom was clean and well stocked with shampoos, soaps, towels etc.

I was heavily sick my first day and couldn't go out for eating so I found the number of the burger place next to the hotel and ordered food. While eating I got a call from the reception saying I cannot order food from outside, I had to order from the hotel menu. As you can guess I didn't, especially after this warning. Another thing was I was trying to rest during the work hours because of my sickness but I guess there was a kindergarden or a similar thing next to my room's wall cause I kept hearing children yelling, laughing and screaming. I didn't hear them after work hours. Lastly I had breakfast included but I basically couldn't eat half of the small breakfast buffet. Even the cereal was completely stale. I recommend not getting the breakfast. I care about the breakfast a lot so this was a big negative for me.

The location was perfect for our needs. The price was about right for Belgrade. The staff were all very friendly and as helpful as they could be.

The bed was the most uncomfortable I have experienced in a hotel; it was too close to the floor, and the mattress way too soft. My back was aching for the entire length of the stay. The breakfast was miserable with no fresh fruit, and little in the way of healthy food. The advertising material displayed fruit, so why wasn't it available? Not even dried fruit and nuts was available. It rained a lot during our stay and the entrance was flooded every time; we had to talk through water to get in.

The hotel is in need of a facelift. There is no lift, so it's hard to get up to the floors with big suitcases. There is little light in the rooms, a lot of things are broken
