Great place to stay if you visit Rome for a few days. Everything within walking distance. The apartment is very clean. The lady on the reception was very welcoming, pleasant and helpful. I can only say great words about our stay here.

There is useless empty space in the toilet which can be a perfect place for washing machine or a sink to wash dishes, plus you can install a bigger Fridge; it will be more useful coz there space for it, if i was the owner i definitely do this change, it will add value to the property

The property has a great location and a short walk from lots of amazing sites in Rome. Bathroom appeared to be newly refurbished.

Unfortunately we felt slightly mislead by the photos on booking.com. The room was basic and did not have the premium feel displayed in photos and is certainly more of an AirBnB than a guest house. We arranged a taxi transfer from the airport to the hotel, unfortunately a local taxi/uber would’ve been cheaper and given our driver was 30 minutes late, it was also not more convenient. We received entry codes via WhatsApp on our way to the hotel, which despite being helpful may not be possible for all guests, so worth considering before booking. The lifts in the building are extremely small and are not suitable for large luggage. The bins that are within the entrance hall to the building are also quite unsightly and don’t give a great first impression. We had room 101 which is directly next to the front door and “reception” area/where a member of staff stands outside for the hours in which they are working. Due to the poor soundproofing you can hear guests coming in and out at all hours. I would strongly recommend adding a sign to enter/exit quietly as I don’t think other guests would even consider this is a room next to the door. A few cleaning issues noted on arrival which were corrected immediately, however not the best impression in terms of cleanliness. Shower is very narrow and odd dimensions, may not be suitable for all. Heating is only put on when the reception staff member is working, not when needed, which in December is slightly problematic. Room was rather cold at times and towels in the bathroom did not dry on radiator due to lack of heating. Room was very basic and as mentioned above, not similar to the photographs. Luggage storage is just a place to leave your bags in a corridor, it is not secure. Overall, the negative review was largely as a result of feeling slightly mislead, as well as the lack of soundproofing in the building and facilities. We did not feel we got value for money.
