The location was perfect. It was within walking distance to everything.
Property was in the process of being renovated so there was a lot of dust.

Terrific location in an interesting old building. It has the feel of a hostel (in a really good way!) but is more spacious and of course private. Our room came with an adjoining covered balcony which we unfortunately did not have time to enjoy. Ditto the provided breakfast. I’d definitely stay here again. It was super nice to have a manager greet us and show us around. Thank you, Marina! We had a rental car and after fruitlessly trying the scant free parking spots in the small parking areas near the building, we opted for paid parking along the Arno which was perfectly fine!! Very nice walk back to our room.

The location is the only thing going for this place. Climbing four stories several times a day is very taxing.
The lack of elevator is extremely hard for people over 30. The people at reception are NOT friendly at all. The room is not clean. The shower is so small that it’s a struggle to enter and exit and the breakfast was minimally acceptable. Overall not a good stay. Go somewhere else.
