Ilios Hotel, Adults Only

Our stay at Ilios Hotel was absolutely fantastic. Frankly, I don't understand how this place only has a 3-star rating—it operates far above that standard! The room was way better than expected: spotless, comfortable, and well-maintained. Excellent cleanliness throughout the entire property made a huge impression right away. What truly sets Ilios Hotel apart, though, is the incredible hospitality. Every single staff member was unbelievable—always friendly, warm, and ready to help with a smile. A special shout-out to the young girl working the breakfast service; her professionalism and genuine kindness were so unique and outstanding that she made every morning a delight and made sure I have my lactose free options after my first breakfast asking for milk. The whole breakfast selection was simply made with love.

I stayed at Ilios Hotel and was very satisfied. The location is ideal, just a few streets from the heart of Laganas but in a quiet area, perfect for relaxing without missing the lively atmosphere. The breakfast is abundant and varied, perfect to start a day exploring the island of Zakynthos. The pool is a great plus, ideal for cooling off and relaxing during breaks. The rooms are very clean, with daily housekeeping done with great care. The staff is friendly and always available to provide useful advice. I recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, tranquility, and a good base to discover all the wonders of Zakynthos.

I had a brand new room with the most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept in in a hotel room.

Breakfast was quite normal, big variety of food. We've been here for 10 days and we didn't use to it, it was nice. The staff is also good, always ready to help you with any request. The beds are comfy.

The modernity of the room is not quite good, it is old. Photos on the booking are better than the actual room appearance. Cleaning was done every day, but too fast, mirrors are not cleaned up, and surfaces are not properly wiped. The water seems to be 50% salty in the shower.
