Vanessa, the manager of the hotel, is absolutely amazing. She's a little legend! Very funny and friendly ; she will make sure you'll have a comfortable stay and will certainly look after you. The rooms are spacious and have all the needed facilities needed. The cleanliness is always spotless, and the building itself certainly has a charm to it.
The first time I stayed there, I arrived late in the evening, and there was no more hot water for a shower. Guessing the place runs on hot water cylinder and that particular day it must have been busy. Although I have came back multiple times over the past year and this issue has not happened again.

The property is in a very convenient location. Lovely historical building with beautiful high ceilings, cornices etc. Parking onsite, but angle parking and tight so have to reverse out onto the street. Very spacious room, comfortable bed. Kitchenette had everything required. Bathroom was large and nice.
I stayed in Winter and the room was very cold, so did not stay for full booking time. Electric blankets were hard to get to work. Thermostat heater was on a time switch for a few hours - so turned off in the middle of the night.
