Location and garden are amazing. Garden is huge and catches the sun all day. Hot tub was a bonus and secluded from neighbours. Secure storage for bikes in locked garage. Property was spotlessly clean.
A modest investment in up to date internet-connected smart TV in the living room would make this property perfect and encourage us to revisit. Coat hooks in vestibule would be a great practical addition given typical Aviemore weather.

Lovely and quiet . Enjoyed my stay relaxed completely . Would definitely book again .
Probably that the hot tub wasnt under cover . Would have liked lights out back abit dark .

location very good with plenty of local amenities within walking distance.
dirty pots in the dishwasher when we arrived from previous guests, grill not clean, all carpet heavily stained, chairs in lounge very dirty and broken arms.
socket wobbly in the master bedroom downstairs. hot tub lights not working and also only security light in the garden which didn’t stay on long! so wasn’t able to use on an evening safely. some furniture had definitely seen better days as some was damaged. patio door very worn and scratched on inside and out.
