Absolutely beautiful spot.
Our room was near the pool with a view of the beach. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean.
There is nothing to dislike.

Breakfast was very good, the view on the beach, the swimming pool, the different possibilities to sit, the friendly staff, the room with aircon and fan, the extra outside private shower, the private balcony...

Positiv war, dass wir das Frühstück ohne Zeitdruck mit Meerblick genießen konnten, und unsere private Außendusche war ein absolutes Highlight. Unser Zimmer mit Terrasse war top. Preis Leistung passte.
Die Anlage leidet unter einem deutlichen Sanierungsstau. Der Poolbereich war hygienisch in einem bedenklichen Zustand ('verkeimt'), die Strandliegen in desolatem Zustand und der kaputte Holzfußboden wurde zur Stolperfalle. Da das Beach Club Restaurant auch für die Öffentlichkeit zugänglich ist, herrscht ein ständiges Kommen und Gehen.

Beachfront, rather quiet as there are not many guestrooms, Thai or international breakfast to choose - I preferred a Thai porridge.
Unlike the description, there is no shuttle to city. Grabbing a taxi during peak time takes some time as this is quite distanced from other places.
You can see the hotel is rather old and not maintained well. Our towels and sheets were with holes and presumably unwashable stains. The headboard of the bed is also not clean. We even found a trash in our outdoor shower. For this price range, we could have stayed in a hotel with better conditions, sorry.
