Riva Hua Hin

Dear Management Team at Riva Hua Hin, I am writing to share my exceptional experience during my recent first-time stay at your hotel from October 2 to October 3, 2026. Before arriving, I hadn't read any reviews and booked solely based on the sample pictures I saw on Agoda. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with incredible hospitality. I would like to specifically commend Khun Tarn (Hotel Agent) for a smooth check-in and Khun Connae (Bellman) for his friendly, smiling demeanor. I was genuinely surprised by the welcome drink and the wide variety of snacks provided. I have stayed at more expensive hotels that usually only offer a single drink with no snacks, so this was a delightful touch. During my stay, I was curious and requested to inspect a Beachfront Villa. Both Khun Tarn and Khun Connae were extremely helpful and didn't hesitate to assist. Khun Connae immediately escorted me to see the room. When we arrived at the pool area, I was so amazed by its beauty that I immediately had to take out my phone to snap some pictures. Upon returning to my own Garden Sea View room, I was very impressed by how incredibly spacious it was. Everything looked brand new, as if the hotel had just been built. The following morning, the breakfast was truly unforgettable. It was absolutely delicious—the Shrimp Pad Thai, Pork Congee, and Shrimp Holy Basil Stir-fry were all executed perfectly. Finally, I want to extend my appreciation to Khun Arm (Hotel Agent) for assisting me with a seamless check-out. The small, handwritten thank-you postcard provided at check-out was also such a lovely and thoughtful detail. Thank you to everyone on the team and to the hotel for providing me with such a wonderful experience. Riva Hua Hin is an excellent hotel with a very reasonable price point. I’d love to give a special shout-out to Khun Tarn at the front desk for a great check-in experience, and Khun Connae, the bellman, who was so friendly and always had a smile on his face. When I went back to my own room, I couldn't get over how large it was and how everything felt so fresh and brand new. Breakfast the next morning was unforgettable. The food was fantastic, especially the Shrimp Pad Thai, Pork Congee, and Shrimp Basil Stir-fry. Lastly, thank you to Khun Arm for helping me during check-out.
