About this cottage rental
The cottage is ideal for single travellers, couples or friends who are looking for a central location in historic Arrowtown. The kitchen has just been renovated.
There's a garden with outdoor seating and BBQ (in summertime)
From the cottage you can walk into Arrowtown to shop, enjoy lunch and dinner or head out into the hills for a hike or bike ride.
The first bedroom has a queen bed and a newly renovated shower room with washing machine and dryer. The second bedroom in the cottage is large, with queen and single bed plus ensuite shower room and kitchenette.
From the front door of the cottage you can walk into town in less than a minute, walk to the river and enjoy hiking or biking in 2 minutes, and head out into the hills to walk for an hour, half a day or a full day.
Take advantage of the Queenstown Trail which runs just past the property. This trail offers over 100kms of biking trails - you can set out in a different direction each day!
Arrowtown is a town of 4 seasons. Enjoy spring with blossoming trees, lazy summer days by the river or Lake Hayes, or make the most of the long days and hike or bike to explore the area. Autumn is a magical time, with trees changing to red, orange and gold. In winter Arrowtown is a fantastic place to base yourself for a skiing or snow boarding holiday, with 3 skifields within easy driving distance.
Arrowtown is a great base for a visit the Southern Lakes region:
Queenstown is just 20 minutes drive
Wanaka is just 45 minutes drive
Glenorchy is just over an hour's drive
Special conditions:
No tents in the garden.
The property may not be suitable for younger children but is suitable for older children - please enquire. This is due to the steep staircase in the living area which just leads to our storage area. All areas of the cottage for guests are on one level.
We are happy to clean the cottage after your stay, but ask that you leave the cottage tidy when you leave, with all washing up done and put away. If check out instructions are not followed there may be an extra charge for additional cleaning.

Lovely little cottage, can't beat the location, so close to town and the trails.Has everything you need for an enjoyable stay. Jackie the owner is really awesome, highly recommend and would book again.

We really enjoyed our stay in this cottage. It was comfortable and cosy with modern bathrooms and kitchen. An added bonus was the location, walking distance to cafes and restaurants as well as the lovely Arrow River.

Highly recomend this property. Very good value for money. We had a great stay.1)Very clean modern cottage. 2)Location is a very short walk to main street and all activities. This is important as parking in Arrowtown is crazy.3)close to farm shop and supermarket

Really enjoyed our stay. In the centre of Arrowtown; quiet; easy access to things important; and the host was a delight.
