Rose Cottage
This delightful cottage is everything that makes arrowtown so special.
Spacious yet cosy and steeped in history. All modern conveniences in a great location. Part of this cottage was bought down from Mace Town, a historic mining village, extended and modernisd but retaining touchs of history throughout.
Spacious inside there are three bedrooms (main with ensuite) a family bathroom, open plan living, kitchen and a double carport.
Three sets of French doors, one from the kitchen and two others from the living room lead to a sun soaked and sheltered deck creating another living space for outdoor dining and end of day relaxing. The section is fenced and the house has a great location in the heart of Arrowtown.
The property has a wood fire, heatpump and nightstore to keep the property warm in the winter.
Arrowtown is central to many ski fields and only 15 minutes drive to the Queenstown airport. Come and enjoy the different seasons in Arrowtown. Always something going on in and around the area.

A gorgeous cottage with all the facilities that we needed. Very clean, tidy and warm.

Property is aging and is in need of some TLC. Holes in walls that haven't been repaired. Painting on exterior overdue, Garden though pretty overgrown. Broken blind in bedroom. Disappointed in property for the price that we paid.
