The room was very well placed. Front desk lady was very nice and helpful, it was possible to pay for hotel the next day. Additionally, the price of hotel included a delicious breakfast with a lot to choose from. The location is gresy and it is close to the old town

The location of the property is perfect - close to two beaches as well as to the old and new part of Sozopol.

The room is a good value for the money we spent on it however, could have been more cozy. Payments are accepted only in cash which was not stated upon booking nor in the follow up call we received therefore, we were unprepared to pay upon arrival. Be Poor thing was the overall smell of the building, the fridge was not working very well as well as part of the curtains have fallen and were not fixed. A good suggestion would be for the bathroom to be equipped with a mop in order for the sand to be easily removable. Additionally, as the humidity was high, the mop can be used to remove the water after shower for the bathroom to dry out. Do not count on the internet connection as it was quite poor as well. The air condition was low as well - during the first day we left it working for about 10 hours in order for the room to cool down. The young girl who is the main point of contact at the property was not friendly and hospitable at all. Upon arrival when we asked where we could park, she laughed and said that there is no place to park so we should look around ourselves as the parking of the property is also full. A good paid parking can be found 5-8 minutes away from the building (Google maps photo attached below). On Friday, Saturday and Sunday it is a challenge to find both free and paid parking spots. On our last day, the check-out was stated to be until 11:30 AM however, the lady tried to enter the room (thank God we had locked it) around 10 AM without knocking or checking if it was empty in any way. The breakfast was good and tasty as well as the coffee that was served. However the service (again provided from the young girl) very poor and rude. Overall okay if you are looking for a place to shower and sleep and spend the rest of your free time outdoors.
