Zen Valley Dalat

Very calm, the hotel wears its name perfectly Room were beautiful

We took the bungalow and were stick to another one and we could hear everything but besides that beautiful room and hotel. Breakfast was good but not very non pork eater friendly.

We were welcomed from beginning to end . Staff are kind and polite and helpful . We had our bags taken care of beginning and end. Staff spoke a little English but went out of way yo translate and help. Lovely large bungalow very modern and well equipped

Everything was good except a barking dog outside my window I complained a hour after I checked ( because he was barking the whole time) I asked if I could be moved to the others side of the hall they said they had no room The dog woke be up at 1 am that night ( barked for an hour straight) every time I went back to my room it bark so I couldn’t sit outside or even have the door open This pretty much made the room suck I asked if they could talk to the people with the dogs (2) and they just looked at me like no with out answering if you like barking dogs at all hour this is the place for you

The pool was warm in the stormy rainy weather. Towels were provided, staff were very accommodating. Room was comfortable. Room service was o k, but it was tricky as they didn't understand our language and the order was wrong..

Advertised as air-conditioned and it wasn't. It had a ceiling fan but to be fair. It didn't do the job I wouldn't have booked it if I've known this. Main criticism was it was lacking any kind of atmosphere as there were no guests there.. The food was o k set the breakfast was lacking.There were a lot of unnecessary lights on at night. One around the mirror 1 under the door in the corridor which could not be turned off. Had to use a towel to cover them up.
