    Just finished my 6 days stay at Banla and it absolutely worth it. The location is excellent, in the heart of the city and very near Xuan Huong Lake. The staff is helpful. They serve breakfast each morning. The hotel also has a coffee shop and a bar on the rooftop. The facility is also high quality. Highly recommended!!!

    This is an artistic hotel, nice for photos, rooms are clean but a few things you may want to consider: 1. the room is fairly small compared to what you see on the photos (i think its abt 30% smaller, just enough space for you to walk). Window is small, basicly very little natural lighting, so the room feels very compact. 2. They do have the aircon but the heating function is disabled in case you go in winter season 3. I had an incident which the staff didnt quite well resolved. I had 2options by the time off booking: double rooom (18m2) and twins room (smaller but abt 15% cheaper). I wanted to stay comfy so I went for the double room. By the time checking in, I was given a twins room, Surprised! The hotel staff (even the manager) claimed that they received the confirmation on twins room, and keep saying that the price I paid for was for the twins room, and they cannot do anything abt that. I felt very uncomfortable for this repeating of "the price is for twins room", trying to prove that they aint wrong and just be happy with this room. Honestly, I could have had this twins room for a lower price, there was no point of saying that. They told me to work with the app and give me a fair conclusion of the situation. But i got no news till now. I dont care anymore anw. 4. They finally moved us to a double room but that room is super small, the bedding was torn off lol. I phoned up to the reception to inform and was asked "what would you want me to do? Change the bedding or what?" Lol 2 Anw, for this price, its just not quite worth of paying
