Very dedicated staff, great service und good location. The view to the Ganga is very beautiful.

The breakfast is awesome, and the location is excellent - definitely two highlights of the stay.

The overall experience was not good. The Wi-Fi in my room wasn’t working, which caused me to miss the opportunity to book a Tatkal ticket. The room was changed to one with a better view, but the AC was leaking water. I reported the issue, but initially, I was told there was no leakage, which was disappointing. If you’re paying for a hotel room, you expect basic facilities like working Wi-Fi, a properly functioning AC, and a clean, well-maintained bathroom. These issues should be fixed, especially with the monsoon approaching. My advice: **check the room and all facilities properly before making the payment.**
