Next to the beach

2 minutes from the beach, comfortable house

Quite expensive, so washing machine and a dishwasher would be nice. Also some kind of playground for kids would be nice

A great location and staffs

The cottage was prepared nicely. Everything was clean and it was clear they had washed every bedsheets. On top of that the staffs were friendly and helpful.

- water pressure was a bit low - oven had a low heating and was not proper for cooking - in the yard there wasn’t enough facilities for kids to play

Wir werden künftig nicht mehr wiederkommen, obwohl wir über viele Jahre Stammgäste waren. Seit Jahren beobachten wir, dass die Preise kontinuierlich und deutlich erhöht werden. Besonders zu bestimmten Zeiten werden die Preise teilweise sogar auf bis das Dreifache angehoben, während die Qualität der Häuser spürbar nachlässt. Dass Unterkünfte nach vielen Jahren und bei hoher Auslastung Abnutzungserscheinungen zeigen, ist absolut nachvollziehbar – umso wichtiger wäre es jedoch, bestehende Mängel konsequent zu beheben. Dies geschieht aus unserer Sicht leider nicht. Dieses Jahr haben wir über Silvester 1.200 Euro bezahlt, und als wir uns nach den noch verfügbaren, leerstehenden Häusern erkundigt haben, wurden teilweise sogar bis zu 1.700 Euro verlangt. Das ist einfach enorm, vor allem, wenn man sich selbst mit allem verpflegen muss. Zusätzlich kommen Extrakosten für die Mitnahme von Hunden hinzu. Positiv hervorheben möchten wir ausdrücklich die Freundlichkeit des Personals vor Ort. Die Mitarbeiter waren stets sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und engagiert – das war wirklich vorbildlich.

Für zukünftige Gäste sollte zudem transparent kommuniziert werden, dass die Grundausstattung sehr minimal ist. Abgesehen von zwei Rollen Toilettenpapier ist nichts vorhanden; auch keine Seife alle Dinge müssen selbst vor Ort eingekauft werden. Mit WLAN-Empfang wird immer geworben, doch wir hatten in all den Jahren nicht ein einziges Mal ein vernünftiges, konstantes WLAN. Der Fernseher funktioniert nur, wenn es draußen nicht zu windig ist. Bei stärkerem Wind fällt auch der Fernsehempfang aus.n der Nebensaison ist in diesem Ort so gut wie kein Geschäft und kein Restaurant geöffnet. Zusätzlich ist Heizen unbedingt notwendig, und auch das Holz muss man selbst kaufen, da die vorhandene Heizung allein nicht ausreichend wärmt. Insgesamt steht das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis für uns inzwischen leider nicht mehr im Einklang.

Schön, aber man kann sich diese Unterkunft kaum noch leisten.

Wir fahren mehrmals im Jahr in das Pelikan Resort und es immer fantastisch.

Die Preise für die Unterkunft gehen stetig nach oben, obwohl am Haus und Grundstück sich nichts verändert hat. Wir wollten gerne über Silvester ins Pelikan Resort, aber das kann sich doch kaum noch jemand leisten. Nur für die Unterkunft ohne Verpflegung 1200 Euro ist schon sehr sehr heftig.
